Bernard Kerik's pro bono Attorney loses another one: A funny thing happened on the way to the gun swap

Bernard Kerik's "Pro Bono" Attorney loses another one: A funny thing happened on the way to the gun swap....

As reported by this week, Bernard Kerik's gratis attorney, Timothy Payne Parlatore has, once again, proven he is a terrible attorney! His client, thug, Kevin Watson was stopped in a taxi riding dirty. This idiot told the cops he possessed the loaded 9mm as he was on his way to the police station to turn it into a gun swap?! BAHAHAHA! Who believes that? The jury sure did NOT!

It was reported the District Attorney's office offered the thug a sweet deal with a two years sentence. Of course, Watson's dumb attorney's hubris must have kicked in and convinced his dumb thug client to fight back with a trial? Well, now Payne-Parlatore's thug client is facing 3 1/2 to 15 years! Nice work, Timmy! Maybe Timmy should stick with the fake tv lawyer stuff....

Timothy Payne, as the story goes, began his life getting into trouble with the law and allegedly changing his name to "Timothy Parlatore" so he would have a clean record to become a lawyer. Maybe that's where Timmy gets his soft spot for criminals?

Timothy Parlatore, aka Timothy Payne, has another dumb thug client, Bernard Kerik, where he is known as Bernie's exclusive "pro bono" attorney. Parlatore has represented Bernard Kerik in each of Kerik's ridiculous and LOSING claims against famed attorney and former Kerik buddy, Joe Tacopina. Parlatore also represents Kerik in Tacopina's ongoing defamation case against Kerik. Parlatore rumored to also work free in the upcoming trial in the "From Jailer to Jailed" litigation where Kerik is accused of stealing another author's work and using it as his own. In each and every case there appears to be no proper attorney retainer, no appropriate or accurate attorney billing and no ordinary payment for attorney representation.  That may be a lot of income Payne-Parlatore is passing by. If true, someone at the Southern District of New York,  Federal Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and New York City Bar Association may want to take a look at that.

Remember, no one works for free all the time. Eventually they want theirs. Isn't that what sent Bernie Kerik to prison in the first place? I think there are some mob brothers and an apartment contractor still waiting for their respective paybacks? Ha! Bernard Kerik appears to be back to his old Modus Operandi, folks. You heard it here first. Stay Tuned.
